Every piece we create is hand‑painted by our artist using oil on canvas, crafted especially for you and tailored to your request. Your painting isn’t a print or a copy — it’s a unique artwork made with care, attention, and passion. 

To ensure every artwork meets your expectations, we provide a confirmation step before finalizing your order. Once you approve the sketch of drawing and confirm that it matches your requested design, refunds are no longer available.

Our artist will share photos and videos at every stage of creating your painting to ensure the artwork fully reflects your vision. We encourage you to review each update carefully and confirm that we are following your desired style and details.

If you require any changes during the process, please stay in close communication with the artist so adjustments can be made promptly and accurately.

 If there are specific parts you would like adjusted after shipping , we offer fixation services to refine or modify those elements. Please note that all shipping costs related to corrections or adjustments are the customer’s responsibility.

We are committed to delivering artwork you love and appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Cancellation 

We understand that plans can change, so we offer free cancellation within 2 days of confirming your order.

If you choose to cancel after the 2‑day window, before the item is shipped, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount will apply. This covers the time, materials, and work already dedicated to creating your custom piece.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in this rare case we will arrange a complimentary replacement, partially fixation  or provide a full refund .
