If the shipment is arranged and handled by our team, we handle with our white-glove delivery service and we take full responsibility for delivering your artwork safely and without any defects or damage. In the rare event of an issue, we will manage the situation and ensure a proper resolution.

However, if the customer chooses to arrange their own shipping or pickup through a third‑party carrier, we are not responsible for the condition of the artwork once it leaves our store. Any damage, loss, or defects occurring during external shipping fall under the responsibility of the customer and their chosen courier.
